Tutti
Tutti is a 24/7 digital assistant that lets freelancers and micro-entrepreneurs manage quotes, invoices, and their entire business directly from WhatsApp — no need to learn complex systems.
The opportunity
We saw that thousands of freelancers in Spain — plumbers, electricians, small contractors — were required to generate quotes and start digital invoicing, but the systems on the market were too complex, too expensive, or required too much learning time. On top of that, the new VeriFactu 2026 regulation reinforced the urgency of having a fast solution ready to comply with the law without adding more administrative load.
What we did
We designed and built Tutti as an AI Agent integrated with LangGraph + Odoo and connected to WhatsApp. The system lets users request a quote or invoice by typing a message the way they would to a personal assistant. We deployed a lightweight architecture on AWS with Docker containers (Odoo, PostgreSQL, LangGraph API, and Redis), tuned to run on small instances, and added backup automation, security with Nginx + SSL, and a simplified frontend in Odoo.
The result
With Tutti, users save hours of work each week, cut errors in document management, and easily comply with invoicing regulations. Today Tutti is already live, generating quotes and invoices automatically for customers in Spain, and is scaling as a SaaS product with monthly subscription plans.
